THE WHAT? Bath & Body Works has reported record fourth quarter sales and provided and update on its estimated Q4 earnings per share from continuing operations.
THE DETAILS The company previously known as L Brands said net sales totalled US$3.027 billion for the three months ended January 29, 2022, a rise of 11 percent compared to the prior year quarter.
Earnings per share are expected to be US$2.25, at the top end of guidance, compared to US$1.96 eps from continuing operations in 2020.
THE WHY?
