THE DETAILS Ogundipe is an experience financial executive and has experience in Chief Finance Officer and Head of Finance roles.
A notification of the appointment was sent to the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) and signed by Unilever’s General Counsel and Company Secretary, Mrs. Abidemi Ademola.
The notification read, “Unilever Nigeria Plc, hereby gives the Nigerian Exchange and the investing public notice of the appointment of Mrs Folake Ogundipe as an Executive Director with effect from 1 April 2022.
